About Our Shri Shivaji College
M. S. P. Mandal’s Shri Shivaji College Parbhani (established in 1961) is a premier higher education institution in the Parbhani district. It is affiliated with the Swami RamanandTeerthMarathwada University, Nanded. In 2016 affiliating university bestowed us its prestigious “Best College Award (Urban Category)”. In 2017 it also honored our principal, Dr. Balasaheb Jadhav, with its “Best Principal” Award.
University Grants Commission recognized us as a “College with Potential for Excellence” in 2016.
We have one of the 34 Research Capacity Building Centres in the country under UGC STRIDE (Component 1).
We are also identified as a Mentor Institution by UGC for NAAC A&A under Paramarsh in 2019.
